Optech Network Solutions Prime Connect 4057s
The Optech Network Solutions Prime Connect 4057s is an industrial serial-to-Ethernet device server designed to connect serial equipment to an IP-based Ethernet network. It provides a single serial communication interface and supports RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485 communication, allowing legacy and industrial serial devices to be integrated into modern Ethernet-based systems. The underlying source specification supports the same three serial standards across the product variants. The Prime Connect 4057s is intended for applications where serial equipment needs to be accessed, monitored or controlled through an Ethernet network. It supports TCP/IP-based communication, multiple serial-to-network operating modes, and network management functions.
